Senior Manager, Growth Innovation (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and execute end-to-end growth experiments for Rewards and Campaigns to drive key business metrics.
• Identify and size new growth opportunities by analyzing customer profiles and market differences.
• Contribute to building robust growth testing systems, including frameworks and instrumentation.
• Partner with Creative teams to run structured testing on visual, copy, and video assets to lift conversion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ship experiments and ensure scalability.
• Synthesize experiment insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth with a proven track record of leading end-to-end experiments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Must be based in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, product-led growth, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s).
