TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Australia (Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney)

What you will do

  • Manage and expand relationships with key enterprise accounts in technology, logistics, and fintech.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue, gross margin, and profit growth.
  • Lead highly consultative sales cycles, focusing on deep discovery and customer advocacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, support, and operations teams.
  • Maintain disciplined sales forecasts and present guidance to executive management.
  • Identify and capture new revenue opportunities within an existing account portfolio.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia with the ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • 12+ years of experience in strategic sales or major account management.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue results for large-scale enterprise customers in Asia.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing financial models and business forecasts.
  • Ability to influence and build partnerships with both business and technical leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Telco, CPaaS, or PaaS sales.
  • Proven success in cross-selling to Marketing, Engineering, and Product departments.
