What you will do
- Manage and expand relationships with key enterprise accounts in technology, logistics, and fintech.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue, gross margin, and profit growth.
- Lead highly consultative sales cycles, focusing on deep discovery and customer advocacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, support, and operations teams.
- Maintain disciplined sales forecasts and present guidance to executive management.
- Identify and capture new revenue opportunities within an existing account portfolio.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia with the ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
- 12+ years of experience in strategic sales or major account management.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue results for large-scale enterprise customers in Asia.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing financial models and business forecasts.
- Ability to influence and build partnerships with both business and technical leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in Telco, CPaaS, or PaaS sales.
- Proven success in cross-selling to Marketing, Engineering, and Product departments.
