What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and close new business within assigned enterprise accounts across financial, insurance, and healthcare sectors.
- Collaborate with lead generation, inside sales, and engineering teams to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Articulate the value of automation solutions to VP and C-level executives to align with their strategic objectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and maintain accurate forecasting in the CRM.
- Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth.
- Establish and maintain deep networks of contacts across all business lines within target organizations.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia
- 8-12 years of successful enterprise software sales experience targeting Global 2000 accounts.
- Proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas in regulated industries.
- Established network within major financial, insurance, or healthcare institutions.
- Strong boardroom presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Nice to have
- Experience selling RPA, cognitive capture, or process orchestration solutions.
- MBA degree.
