What you will do

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and build new revenue streams.
  • Expand business with new and existing clients and implementation partners.
  • Target competitor clients through dedicated sales campaigns.
  • Lead RFP responses and manage complex bids to secure net new sales.
  • Conduct business planning, quarterly reviews, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Influence client decisions and negotiate win-win solutions at the executive level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of enterprise-level sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with C-Suite interactions.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HR applications.
  • Experience with AI-based technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Challenger sales model.
  • Experience driving RFPs and RFIs in a Bid Manager capacity.
