Location: Must be based in New York, NY; hybrid schedule requires 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Manage and develop relationships with advertising clients and agencies to drive revenue growth.
  • Spearhead the full sales cycle from proposal development through campaign execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Pricing, Inventory, Ad Ops, and Measurement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Educate clients on new ad solutions and best practices to achieve their KPIs.
  • Maintain operational excellence and troubleshoot client issues throughout the campaign lifespan.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in planning, account management, or client service within the media industry.
  • Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth and advertiser satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.
