Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 yearly

What you will do
- Manage and develop relationships with advertising clients and agencies to drive revenue growth.
- Spearhead the full sales cycle from proposal development through campaign execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Pricing, Inventory, Ad Ops, and Measurement.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Educate clients on new ad solutions and best practices to achieve their KPIs.
- Maintain operational excellence and troubleshoot client issues throughout the campaign lifespan.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in planning, account management, or client service within the media industry.
- Proven ability to contribute to revenue growth and advertiser satisfaction.
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.
