What you will do
- Own revenue, forecasting, and day-to-day execution for a team of enterprise Account Executives.
- Recruit, lead, and coach AEs to drive performance and a high-accountability, high-trust culture.
- Lead and coach the team through complex, multi-threaded deals with $1M+ in scope.
- Refine and reinforce repeatable, scalable sales processes to standardize the enterprise motion.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and CS to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Build and review ROI-driven business cases for C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with 1–2+ years of management or team-lead experience.
- Track record of scaling sales teams and consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- Skill in navigating executive relationships and procurement for deals over $1M.
- Must be based in New York City, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Fluency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and performance analytics.
- Construction-tech, PropTech, or InsurTech experience strongly preferred.
