What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions and secure strategic deals with top enterprises in the Tech space.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed team revenue quotas.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM data integrity.
• Partner with engineering teams to demonstrate technical capabilities and optimize solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and use cases for AI solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience driving adoption of emerging technologies.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally 3+ leading teams within the Enterprise segment.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Experience establishing and scaling sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex AI solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the San Francisco office (25% in-office).
