What you will do

• Promote and sell trading products to drive business growth and generate new client pipelines.
• Manage and grow client relationships to ensure retention and long-term partnership success.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical and operations teams.
• Provide guidance on trading platforms and related services to support client activity.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate client records and track performance against revenue targets.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Forex or financial services industry.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing consulting roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment with clear objectives.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Additional Asian language skills such as Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian, or Filipino.
