What you will do
- Develop new broker relationships through inbound leads and strategic outbound campaigns.
- Meet and exceed targets for qualified opportunities, sales pipeline value, and closed business.
- Manage the full post-sales lifecycle for broker partners, ensuring high utilization of services.
- Provide guidance to brokers through periodic success reviews and performance monitoring.
- Maintain deep expertise in insurance and technology solutions to address specific partner needs.
- Identify and resolve potential risks to broker business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or underwriting.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-motivated approach to work.
- Aptitude for learning complex technical concepts and terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Cyber and Technology E&O insurance.
- Existing network of relationships with potential broker partners.
- Technical background in cybersecurity, engineering, or computer science.
