What you will do

• Maintain an accurate parts inventory control system, including perpetual and annual physical inventories.
• Replenish spent inventory and manage the return or disposal of inventory items.
• Develop, implement, and manage an Inventory Control System across all shops and mobile inventory.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts and support equipment.
• Train and mentor department employees and fleet technicians.
• Analyze internal reports to improve parts department operations and control expenses.

Requirements

• Degree: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, inventory management, or logistics and supply chain management.
• Experience: 3+ years in parts, heavy equipment parts, auto parts sales, or heavy-duty technician roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-generated inventory control systems and Microsoft Office.
• Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs frequently, and occasionally 75lbs or more.
• Equipment: Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers.
• Soft Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead as a member of a team.
