What you will do

• Perform daily billing and follow-up activities to support the revenue cycle process.
• Document all claim statuses, payments, and settlements in the system.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting billing accuracy.
• Contact payers directly to resolve payment delays and discrepancies.
• Research and correct claim rejections to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate with hospital departments to obtain necessary financial and clinical information.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in revenue cycle functions, medical claims processing, or healthcare financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
