What you will do

• Prepare, review, and submit claims for SNF services to insurance providers and government payers.
• Monitor claim statuses, follow up on denials, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze aging reports to track outstanding balances and prioritize collections.
• Ensure strict compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to verify patient information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate billing records and support month-end financial reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, specifically in SNF or long-term care settings.
• Proficiency in billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and payer requirements.
• Ability to generate and interpret aging reports and financial data.
