What you will do

• Coordinate daily hospital billing to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
• Manage billing inventory and resolve rejected, error-prone, or outstanding claims daily.
• Communicate directly with hospitals and insurance payors to facilitate rebills and corrected claims.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation to improve billing efficiency and workflow accuracy.
• Maintain working knowledge of billing software and the MEDHOST Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and support customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital billing or patient accounts receivable.
• Thorough understanding of accounts receivable, collections, and federal/state billing guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital claims management software.
• High-speed internet (min 300 Mbps) and smartphone for MFA requirements.
• Ability to adhere to HIPAA Privacy and Security standards.
