Compensation: OTE $110,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Cultivate new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify and engage key influencers and stakeholders within target accounts.
• Communicate value propositions to address core business challenges and position against competitors.
• Develop tailored proposals that address client needs at scale.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
• Perform product demonstrations via video conferencing technology.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong belief in and certification in consultative sales methodologies.
• Ability to uncover and quantify complex business challenges for prospects.
• Comfortable with client-facing communication via phone and video.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
