Compensation: OTE $110,000–$125,000

What you will do
- Cultivate new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Identify and engage key influencers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Communicate value propositions to address core business challenges and position against competitors.
- Develop tailored proposals that address client needs at scale.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
- Perform product demonstrations via video conferencing technology.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Strong belief in and certification in consultative sales methodologies.
- Ability to uncover and quantify complex business challenges for prospects.
- Comfortable with client-facing communication via phone and video.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
