TL;DR
Director, Customer Partner (SLED): Leading strategic account management for major government clients with an accent on P&L ownership, revenue growth, and executive relationship building. Location: Must be able to be onsite at client in Columbus, Ohio
Salary: $161,520 – $290,760 (based on full-time schedule in the U.S.)

What you will do
- Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to grow and retain high-value accounts.
- Take full charge of account P&L, ensuring profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate deep connections with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and qualify opportunities to deliver bespoke services tailored to unique customer needs.
- Build go-to-market pipelines with partners to expand market reach.
Requirements
- Must be able to be onsite at client as needed in Columbus, Ohio.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Proven experience running account P&L of $10M+.
- Deep expertise in the Government market (SLED).
- Strong knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
- Prior sales experience in technical solutions.
