TL;DR

Director, Customer Partner (SLED): Leading strategic account management for major government clients with an accent on P&L ownership, revenue growth, and executive relationship building. Focus on orchestrating complex sales processes, delivering bespoke technical solutions, and driving long-term profitability within the State, Local, and Education sector.

Location: Must be able to be onsite at client in Columbus, Ohio

Salary: $161,520 – $290,760 (based on full-time schedule in the U.S.)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies to grow and retain high-value accounts.
  • Take full charge of account P&L, ensuring profitability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate deep connections with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to manage the full lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities to deliver bespoke services tailored to unique customer needs.
  • Build go-to-market pipelines with partners to expand market reach.

Requirements

  • Must be able to be onsite at client as needed in Columbus, Ohio.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
  • Proven experience running account P&L of $10M+.
  • Deep expertise in the Government market (SLED).
  • Strong knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • Prior sales experience in technical solutions.
