What you will do
- Act as the primary post-sale point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Drive product adoption and utilization by aligning technical product abilities with client business outcomes.
- Lead business outcome planning (ROI) and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key decision makers.
- Identify and mitigate renewal risks while spotting opportunities for revenue expansion and growth.
- Analyze client usage data and health indicators to develop and implement success strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support, Ops) to channel customer feedback into product enhancements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in post-sale client management for high-touch enterprise accounts.
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred).
- Strong technical acumen to connect business goals with product capabilities.
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
- Experience managing complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers.
