• Lead GTM governance including QBRs, forecasting, and account reviews to ensure predictability and accountability.
• Develop quantified market opportunity views to optimize territory coverage and quota planning.
• Generate advanced analytics and data mining insights to align strategy with sales efficiency.
• Implement comprehensive pipeline reporting tools from top of funnel to customer value realization.
• Design incentive programs and deploy sales plays to stimulate demand with key customers and partners.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform and streamline processes to drive improved sales productivity.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of progressive experience in sales operations or sales strategy.
• Experience leveraging AI to integrate into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Strong executive presence and proven ability to build business partnerships with Sales leadership.
• Solid financial and analytical background with an operational mindset.
• Must be able to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.
