What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for key referral accounts and execute growth plans for strategic partners.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Community Partnership & Growth Managers across assigned markets.
• Conduct outreach to physicians, hospitals, behavioral health providers, and community agencies to increase BHG visibility.
• Partner with Treatment Center Directors and clinical teams to align outreach efforts with local growth opportunities.
• Generate new patient referrals and monitor pipeline activity using CRM platforms.
• Analyze local healthcare markets and competitive dynamics to identify emerging growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, provider relations, community outreach, or growth leadership.
• Proven track record of developing and growing referral relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned markets and treatment center territories.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or mental health services.
• Experience working with criminal justice organizations or multi-site healthcare networks.
• Familiarity with outpatient healthcare delivery models.
