What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle from cost estimation and scope definition to execution and final handover.
• Maintain full financial ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and change management.
• Serve as the primary interface between the company and customers throughout the project duration.
• Oversee risk assessments, HSE compliance, and on-site supervision to ensure safety excellence.
• Drive project margin improvement and identify opportunities for add-on sales volume growth.
• Lead diverse, international project teams to ensure clear responsibilities and a positive working atmosphere.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marine engineering, automation engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in the marine industry, with 3+ years in complex project management.
• PMP certification and proven experience in international business environments.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel as needed to support project requirements.
• Strong business acumen and customer service mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience leading automation projects on Cruises, Ro-Ro/Ro-Pax, or LNG vessels.
