What you will do

  • Lead a company restructuring project to improve operational efficiency for a small-sized entity.
  • Assess requested changes from customer and partner perspectives in alignment with local insurance regulations.
  • Oversee project steering, including stakeholder coordination and the management of restructuring plans.
  • Coordinate the rollout of regional and global projects, including a new Project Management tool, HR Core system, and website portals.
  • Act as the key liaison between Group/APAC Project Managers and local entities to ensure effective implementation.
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders to secure commitment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management and consulting.
  • Experience managing global or regional projects with stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and oral).
  • Must be based in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of and experience in insurance operations.
  • Immediate availability.
