What you will do

• Evaluate global suppliers for manufacturing capability, production capacity, and quality systems.
• Conduct technical due diligence, prototype reviews, and first article evaluations.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to minimize project delivery impacts.
• Manage project handover and installation readiness, including logistics, packaging, and spare parts planning.
• Develop and maintain a qualified global supplier network by attending trade shows and analyzing market intelligence.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in entertainment production, themed entertainment, or scenic fabrication.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality assurance systems, and production methodologies.
• Experience with international logistics, customs considerations, and import/export requirements.
• Proven ability to manage technical specifications and supplier selection processes.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with China-based suppliers and manufacturers.
• Mandarin language skills.
• Experience with audio, video, lighting systems, interactive technologies, or custom machinery for attractions.
• Background in supporting touring productions, roadshows, or travelling entertainment projects.
