What you will do

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact and escalation point for clients.
• Coordinate functional services and external vendors to meet established timelines and budgets.
• Manage project financial health, including profitability, billable hours, and forecasting.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality management and eTMF inspection readiness through corrective and preventative action plans.
• Lead internal and client meetings to report on KPIs and project progress.

Requirements

• Degree in a science or health-related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 3-7 years of clinical research experience with 2-4 years specifically leading projects.
• Experience managing regional trials of moderate complexity or supporting global trials.
• Proficiency in MS Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS.
• Must be based in China.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and cross-functional project management techniques.
