What you will do

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term account strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Own annual sales, margin, and volume targets for assigned accounts.
  • Lead pricing and margin strategy through value-based selling and customer negotiations.
  • Drive new business growth through structured prospecting and strategic opportunity development.
  • Collaborate with R&D, technical service, and marketing to support trials and commercialization.
  • Partner with distribution channels to align strategies and drive joint growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5 years of industrial sales experience (marketing or technical background considered).
  • Proven ability to proactively engage customers and deliver results in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to work independently and develop technical product knowledge.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mechanical, chemistry, or marketing-related field.
  • Experience in rubber-to-substrate bonding, rubber compounding, or adhesives and sealants markets.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and complex negotiations in a matrixed organization.
