Salary: $100,000–$125,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute short- and long-term account strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Own annual sales, margin, and volume targets for assigned accounts.
- Lead pricing and margin strategy through value-based selling and customer negotiations.
- Drive new business growth through structured prospecting and strategic opportunity development.
- Collaborate with R&D, technical service, and marketing to support trials and commercialization.
- Partner with distribution channels to align strategies and drive joint growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 years of industrial sales experience (marketing or technical background considered).
- Proven ability to proactively engage customers and deliver results in a growth-oriented environment.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Ability to work independently and develop technical product knowledge.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mechanical, chemistry, or marketing-related field.
- Experience in rubber-to-substrate bonding, rubber compounding, or adhesives and sealants markets.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and complex negotiations in a matrixed organization.
