TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Commercial Accounts): Driving new business and managing existing customer relationships within the Alabama/Mississippi territory with an accent on sales quota achievement and strategic territory planning. Location: Must reside in Alabama or Mississippi territory

Compensation: $161,000 – $299,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Design and execute a business plan to meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting and closing opportunities.
  • Manage a mix of 70% net new logo acquisition and 30% current customer expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to identify and grow sales opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to ensure quota attainment.
  • Maintain robust forecasting accuracy and opportunity details within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Alabama/Mississippi territory.
  • Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as appropriate.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to articulate value and ROI to customers.
