What you will do

• Lead Cambridge operations to ensure equipment and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee production plans, material schedules, and the overall supply chain and logistics functions.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement strategies to enhance operational performance.
• Manage procurement, supplier reviews, and inventory to optimize working capital.
• Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) and manage production BOMs.
• Drive a strong culture of Health & Safety (H&S) and support the 5S initiative across production areas.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within printing, industrial equipment, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of modern manufacturing principles, quality control, and cost management.
• Proven change management skills to adapt the business in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with a commercially astute mindset.
• Ability to operate effectively within a global, multicultural organization.
• Knowledge of safety standards and electrical principles.
