TL;DR
Logistic Employee (SAP/Material Management): Managing material availability, warehouse operations, supplier coordination, and equipment distribution for wind energy projects with an accent on inventory accuracy, delivery coordination, and safety compliance. Focus on optimizing SAP-based order flows, resolving supply discrepancies, coordinating inspections, and supporting technicians and logistics improvement projects.

Location: Onsite in Fleurus, Belgium

What you will do

  • Process material orders, technician requests, inventory records, and safety stock levels.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities at the Fleurus site, including receiving, storage, stock controls, and supplier follow-up.
  • Organize shipments, transport, equipment kits, material returns, and timely distribution to field teams.
  • Manage hydraulic, electrical, measuring equipment, and personal protective equipment, including inspections and certification tracking.
  • Support technicians and planners with SAP references, delivery issues, claims, quotations, and logistics reporting.
  • Contribute to inventory processes, system implementations, continuous improvement, and warehouse safety initiatives.

Requirements

  • Secondary general or technical education.
  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar logistics or material management role.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP is an asset.
  • English at minimum B2 level.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, structured, and able to work independently.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, solution-driven, and committed to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
