What you will do

• Manage and nurture relationships with key retail buyers, licensing partners, and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of retailer-specific strategies, category plans, and commercial pitches.
• Oversee the rollout of retail marketing programs, including campaign asset coordination and tracking.
• Conduct regular retail store checks and produce detailed competitor trend reports.
• Oversee on-the-ground retail activations, including experiential events and character appearances.
• Ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration with global teams and agencies across multiple time zones.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail, marketing, account management, or licensing.
• Must have Australian full working rights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects end-to-end.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint for crafting compelling commercial presentations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working with major retailers or consumer brands.
• Adobe Photoshop skills.
• Experience coordinating small-scale events or retail activations.
