Location: Must be based in Hong Kong (Hybrid: office-based with WFH on Thursdays and Fridays).

What you will do

• Negotiate commercial contracts with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with client services and legal teams to ensure safe knowledge access.
• Draft and implement internal policies to manage organizational risk.
• Develop and deliver legal and compliance training across the business.
• Manage evolving legal matters including IP, data privacy, technology, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (Hong Kong or Mainland China), dual qualification preferred.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
• At least 1 year of experience at a top firm or in-house.
• BA/BS/LLB from a top university.
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects independently.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
