What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts while providing end-to-end legal support to business teams.
- Advise Commercial Operations on contracting, risk allocation, and daily legal questions.
- Provide counsel on intellectual property, technology, privacy, data protection, and commercial compliance.
- Build and improve legal templates, playbooks, and workflows to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Privacy, Procurement, and other functions on cross-team initiatives.
- Drive practical AI adoption across APAC legal, with a focus on solutions for China.
Requirements
- LLB or equivalent degree.
- PRC National Legal Professional Qualification required.
- 3–5 years of legal experience at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracting, intellectual property, technology, privacy, and compliance.
- Experience improving legal templates or workflows and hands-on understanding of AI tools in legal work.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
