What you will do

• Manage hirify.global’s presence at industry conferences and tradeshows, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead all aspects of company-hosted meetups and customer gatherings in North America.
• Execute flagship virtual experiences such as hirify.globalverse and Autonomy Day.
• Handle end-to-end event logistics including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site support.
• Collaborate with Sales, PR, and Content teams to maximize event impact and lead generation.
• Maintain event documentation and track performance in Salesforce and internal systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing events management within B2B SaaS.
• Must be able to work from the New York office 3 days per week.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Experience in designing innovative event experiences that deliver measurable business results.
• Willingness to travel as required for events.
