What you will do
- Architect and optimize global marketing operating models and processes, including campaign execution, lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, and attribution.
- Manage and optimize the MarTech ecosystem (CRM, MAP, ABX/intent), MarTech roadmap, and vendor strategy.
- Drive implementation of generative AI and Agentic AI for GTM use cases, research, routing, and predictive modeling.
- Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and track marketing KPIs, LCV, and CAC.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for marketing performance, ROI, and forecasts.
- Lead and mentor a team of Marketing Operations professionals, fostering a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or a related GTM role within the B2B SaaS/software industry.
- 5+ years of direct people leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing and scaling high-performing teams.
- Expert-level proficiency in marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies (marketing automation, CRM data governance, analytics).
- Proven track record of managing global departmental budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple operational priorities.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
