What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and venue leads to ensure high performance.
• Manage daily attraction operations, including guest flow, safety protocols, and crisis response.
• Develop and implement programs to drive guest and team member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Technical Services to maintain the artistic and thematic integrity of venues.
• Assist in managing labor, training, and non-labor budgets.
• Partner with HR and Labor Relations to uphold collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in theme park or hospitality.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience managing in a unionized environment is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Hospitality.
