Community Manager

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Bryan, TX

Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 + quarterly incentives

What you will do

• Lead and develop onsite staff, including maintenance and grounds personnel.
• Manage property-level P&L, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure operational goals are met.
• Oversee daily community operations, including rent collection, leasing, and resident relations.
• Execute home sales strategies and drive occupancy growth.
• Coordinate property maintenance and capital improvements to maintain community standards.
• Enforce community policies and resolve resident concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in manufactured housing or RV communities.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Experience managing property-level budgets and P&Ls.
• Proficiency in property management software and Google Workspace.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rent Manager software.
• Background in sales, leasing, or community outreach.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance operations such as landscaping or light plumbing.
