What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, snack bar, and pool service.
• Supervise staff to ensure proper execution of events and banquets according to BEO specifications.
• Train and monitor staff performance during events to maintain service standards.
• Partner with the management team to coordinate staffing and communicate pertinent event information.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Process billing accurately using POS systems and maintain inventory cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or related field.
• Proven track record in assisting with banquet functions and events.
• Food safety and alcohol beverage certification.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and discipline employees.
