What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for DevOps, engineering, and support roles.
• Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and utilize analytics to guide business decisions.
• Manage performance, employee relations, and ensure labor compliance.
• Build and optimize scalable HR processes for a distributed technology team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, and workforce monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor compliance, and organizational development.
• Must be amenable to working US Central Time Zone hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
