People & Culture Operations Partner (HR/People Ops): Supporting leaders and employees across Customer Success and other commercial functions with an accent on employee relations, performance conversations, and organisational change. Focus on building a scalable, efficient and AI-enabled People operating model while improving people processes and workflows.

What you will do
- Partner with managers and directors across Customer Success and other business functions.
- Coach leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, and people-related challenges.
- Support organisational change initiatives, restructures, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day people operations).
- Improve People processes by simplifying workflows and increasing operational efficiency.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends and support decision-making, including supporting automation and AI initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or People Operations role.
- Strong employee relations experience and a solid understanding of UK employment law.
- Experience coaching managers through performance and people-related challenges.
- Ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across different levels in an organisation.
- Experience operating in a matrix environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with high ownership and accountability.
Nice to have
- Experience in a SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
- Experience supporting Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, or broader Go-To-Market teams.
- Exposure to organisational scaling, transformation, or change programmes.
- Experience leveraging HR technology to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Interest in AI, automation, and scalable People practices.
