What you will do

• Act as a primary advisor for employees and managers regarding internal policies and performance processes.
• Manage employee relations matters and provide tactical support for complex cases.
• Oversee leave of absence and accommodation requests with strict confidentiality.
• Execute engagement surveys and performance review cycles, analyzing data to drive organizational outcomes.
• Lead culture and recognition initiatives, including virtual and in-person company events.
• Maintain documentation and operational trackers to ensure scalable HR workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the continental United States
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Familiarity with core HR workflows like onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain executive presence and build trust.
• Experience working with HRIS data and spreadsheets to generate insights.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a track record of managing multiple project timelines.
