Location: Remote (Must be based in the Americas or EMEA regions)

What you will do
- Oversee the People team, spanning Recruiting and People Operations for a distributed workforce of 150+ employees.
- Build and execute a recruiting strategy that supports organizational growth while maintaining high talent density.
- Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
- Evolve performance management and talent development programs to support a scaling company.
- Implement scalable systems and AI-enabled workflows to optimize recruiting and people operations.
- Collaborate with Finance on compensation, headcount planning, and organizational investments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience across recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, or people leadership.
- Proven experience building and scaling teams within high-growth technology companies.
- Strong recruiting expertise, particularly within technical organizations.
- Experience partnering directly with executives on talent and organizational strategy.
- Must be based in the Americas or EMEA regions.
Nice to have
- Experience in developer tools, infrastructure software, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
- Background in talent-dense organizations known for exceptional hiring standards.
- Experience in business operations or other highly cross-functional leadership environments.
- Experience building AI-enabled recruiting or people workflows.
