TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the Americas or EMEA regions)

Salary: $280,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a monetization platform for mobile in-app subscriptions that helps developers scale their revenue.

What you will do

  • Oversee the People team, spanning Recruiting and People Operations for a distributed workforce of 150+ employees.
  • Build and execute a recruiting strategy that supports organizational growth while maintaining high talent density.
  • Partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Evolve performance management and talent development programs to support a scaling company.
  • Implement scalable systems and AI-enabled workflows to optimize recruiting and people operations.
  • Collaborate with Finance on compensation, headcount planning, and organizational investments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience across recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, or people leadership.
  • Proven experience building and scaling teams within high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong recruiting expertise, particularly within technical organizations.
  • Experience partnering directly with executives on talent and organizational strategy.
  • Must be based in the Americas or EMEA regions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in developer tools, infrastructure software, SaaS, or fintech sectors.
  • Background in talent-dense organizations known for exceptional hiring standards.
  • Experience in business operations or other highly cross-functional leadership environments.
  • Experience building AI-enabled recruiting or people workflows.
