What you will do

• Develop and execute Marketo programs for email, webinars, events, and product demonstrations.
• Design email assets and landing pages using Knak and CMS tools.
• Analyze global email performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to drive optimization.
• Manage data flows between Marketo and Salesforce to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, personalization, and reporting capabilities.
• Own risk management for outbound communications, ensuring strict adherence to quality and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or digital campaign execution.
• Proficiency with marketing technology and CRM systems such as Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
