Field Sales Representative (Fintech)

Location: On-site in the Singapore or Hong Kong office

What you will do

• Identify, engage, and onboard agents, corporate service providers, and other referral partners.
• Negotiate and close referral agreements to expand the partner network.
• Build long-term relationships and maintain consistent referral activity.
• Present acquiring and banking solutions to prospective partners and merchants.
• Drive merchant acquisition through referrals and direct business development.
• Track acquisition, activation, conversion, and CRM performance metrics while collecting market feedback.

Requirements

• Previous experience in field sales.
• Proven success in high-volume customer acquisition or lead generation.
• Experience with brokers, agents, distributors, referral networks, or channel partners is advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Resilience, self-motivation, adaptability, and comfort working toward sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships independently and maintain accurate records.
