What you will do

  • Provide level one troubleshooting for iPay products by assessing and documenting issues.
  • Communicate with financial institution clients via phone and chat to resolve navigation and usage questions.
  • Research technical issues to expand the internal knowledge base and improve support quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes and system upgrades.

Requirements

  • Must live within a 70-mile radius of Louisville, KY
  • Minimum 1 year of technical or product support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Previous experience working in a call center setting.
  • Ability to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.

Nice to have

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience working in a bank or credit union.
