What you will do
- Provide level one troubleshooting for iPay products by assessing and documenting issues.
- Communicate with financial institution clients via phone and chat to resolve navigation and usage questions.
- Research technical issues to expand the internal knowledge base and improve support quality.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product changes and system upgrades.
Requirements
- Must live within a 70-mile radius of Louisville, KY
- Minimum 1 year of technical or product support experience in a corporate environment.
- Previous experience working in a call center setting.
- Ability to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.
Nice to have
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience working in a bank or credit union.
