What you will do

• Respond to inquiries via phone and email regarding FHA mortgage guidelines and procedures.
• Utilize knowledge databases to provide accurate information to clients and the public.
• Follow established standard operating procedures for various contact channels and systems.
• Document all interactions accurately within the internal database.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving FHA mortgage processes.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including credit check and background investigation.
• At least two years of experience with FHA loans or three years of experience with conventional/government-backed loans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and search tools.
• High School diploma or GED.
