Contact Center Representative (Fintech)

What you will do

• Handle inbound phone, written, and chat inquiries for consumer and corporate customers.
• Execute financial transactions including account updates, balance transfers, and dispute handling.
• Promote digital banking and self-serve options to customers.
• Maintain strict compliance with bank policies and procedures to minimize business risk.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to the customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of related customer service experience (retail or banking preferred).
• Must be based in or able to travel to Mount Laurel, NJ for training and meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.
• Proficiency in PC software and technology.
