TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise): Managing a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure high adoption and satisfaction of the hirify.global platform with an accent on commercial real estate workflows. Focus on building post-implementation programs, driving customer retention, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve product escalations.

Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid work policy).

Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 OTE (Base salary $100,000–$120,000 + 20% variable incentive).

What you will do

  • Ensure retention, growth, and satisfaction for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Implementation Managers to define success criteria and system configuration.
  • Develop and execute post-implementation programs to drive strong adoption among customer teams.
  • Deliver web-based and in-person training sessions and strategic business reviews.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for support inquiries and product escalations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to relay feedback and develop case studies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City.
  • 4-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex problems.
  • Experience servicing commercial real estate firms, asset managers, or private equity.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Asana, Gong, and AI tools.
  • Deep background in commercial real estate.
