Senior Customer Success Manager (Enterprise): Managing a portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure high adoption and satisfaction of the platform with an accent on commercial real estate workflows. Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid work policy).
Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 OTE (Base salary $100,000–$120,000 + 20% variable incentive).

What you will do
- Ensure retention, growth, and satisfaction for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Partner with Implementation Managers to define success criteria and system configuration.
- Develop and execute post-implementation programs to drive strong adoption among customer teams.
- Deliver web-based and in-person training sessions and strategic business reviews.
- Act as a primary point of contact for support inquiries and product escalations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to relay feedback and develop case studies.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City.
- 4-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or commercial real estate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex problems.
- Experience servicing commercial real estate firms, asset managers, or private equity.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Asana, Gong, and AI tools.
- Deep background in commercial real estate.
