What you will do

  • Lead all post-sales activities including onboarding, implementation, and value-driven renewals for a book of 40 enterprise customers.
  • Partner with Account Managers to identify and drive expansion opportunities.
  • Become a product expert on hirify.global's compliance and risk management solutions.
  • Provide professional guidance on security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve business issues and achieve mutual goals.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the Central or East regions of the United States.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level books of business and hitting retention targets.
  • Extensive experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • Technical competency to understand and explain complex security software.
