Salary: $115,000–$140,000 per year (plus 25% variable pay).

What you will do
- Partner with new customers to ensure successful implementation and onboarding.
- Monitor usage trends to proactively drive product adoption and engagement.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support account growth.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product development and engineering roadmaps.
- Maintain accurate success plans and performance metrics within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business metrics.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Must be based in the US with the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with AI LLMs is highly valued.
