Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed revenue KPIs.
  • Personally manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, leading QBRs and complex negotiations.
  • Enforce rigorous sales discipline, including Salesforce data hygiene and accurate forecasting.
  • Drive on-site rebooking and retention initiatives to maximize long-term customer value.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of event outcomes.
  • Refine sales playbooks, objection handling, and commercial strategies to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Taiwan
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with 3–5 years of frontline team leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar revenue targets and complex negotiations.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
  • Advanced coaching skills and experience with pipeline and performance management.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Background in the exhibition industry.
  • Knowledge of agriculture, livestock, or jewelry sectors.
