What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed revenue KPIs.
- Personally manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, leading QBRs and complex negotiations.
- Enforce rigorous sales discipline, including Salesforce data hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Drive on-site rebooking and retention initiatives to maximize long-term customer value.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of event outcomes.
- Refine sales playbooks, objection handling, and commercial strategies to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in Taiwan
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with 3–5 years of frontline team leadership.
- Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar revenue targets and complex negotiations.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
- Advanced coaching skills and experience with pipeline and performance management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
