Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Irving, TX, USA (Hybrid: 3+ days in office)
Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 + commission

What you will do
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive domestic and international growth.
- Take full ownership of revenue performance across events, media, sponsorships, and digital products.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-level sales team to exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key industry stakeholders and high-value accounts.
- Oversee sales pipeline, budgets, and CRM data management via Salesforce.
- Drive customer retention and growth through cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in events or media, leading high-performing sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving profitability.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and mentorship.
