What you will do

• Build and manage strategic plans for a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts.
• Lead the planning and coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across multiple product lines.
• Drive adoption of the integrated platform by identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, and Credit teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze customer performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry conferences with 15–25% travel required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise customers in transportation, logistics, banking, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, freight brokerage, or financial services.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and present to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams without direct authority.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
