Global Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote Opportunity, but must be based in the Dallas area due to required regular on-site presence with the customer's technology organization in Plano, TX.

Salary: $300,000 - $350,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own and grow the client relationship, expanding hirify.global's footprint across new lines of business and use cases.
• Develop and execute a strategic account plan to drive net-new adoption within a large, matrixed enterprise.
• Engage with software engineers and architects to align hirify.global's capabilities with production realities.
• Build executive relationships to turn production wins into sponsorship and further adoption.
• Partner with solutions architecture and product teams to ensure successful production landings.
• Identify and close new use-case commitments to drive consumption growth.

Requirements

• Experience executing multi-year account strategies within large enterprise organizations.
• Proven track record of selling to software engineers and technical decision-makers.
• Ability to navigate complex technical discussions and align products with customer priorities.
• Must be located in the Dallas area for regular on-site customer engagement.
• Experience with developer tools or infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with consumption-based sales models.
